原田・ミドー (Mido Harada) is having an art exhibition at the cafe Nov. 11 - Dec. 13 (with the possibility of extending).  Mido is a local artist who recently led a mosaic project in a tunnel along the cycling road running beside the building the cafe is located in.  This project has received much community support and a national culture award.   The the theme of the exhibition will be "The Sleeping Snowman."

Available for sale: Mido san's book, Mother (1000yen); Several, Resting Snowman dolls to choose from (1000yen); Prints, 20 Resting Snowmen to choose from (3500yen); Mobile Phone straps (350yen); Postcards (200yen). 

The cafe is available to be used by artists, photographers, and others with items they would like to display.  Let me know if you have something you would like to display.
